A Regency Christmas Menu
Would you like a taste of Jane Austen’s Christmas this year? Here are some recipes for seasonal dishes that Jane and her family would have enjoyed.

It was the custom during the Regency to have a Christmas dinner on the 25th, and there were often balls given near the day. Some of these recipes are easily adapted to be served to a crowd at a festive ball – particularly Mince and Pork Pies!
