Use any variety of these ingredients or add your own:

The white meat of turkey or chicken, sliced

Hard boiled eggs, sliced

Pickled or plain cooked beetroot, shredded, sliced or whole (plain will need seasoning)

Pickled red cabbage

Cooked ham, sliced or cut into strips

Varying colors of lettuce leaves and/or herbs

Cucumbers

Pickles
-
salt & pepper
-
Oil and vinegar for dressing
-
Butter (use for sticking the ingredients to the bowl)

Grease the outside of an upturned bowl or dish and arrange all of the ingredients in a decorative pattern.
